Hi @mhannum
Great brief! I wonder if it’s worth exploring, as well, beyond the online form but also physical forms? To this day, many of our patrons continue to use or emphasize using analog forms. For example, our ILL form is now virtual but we still have older patrons insist on the paper forms. Including paper forms, as a secondary option, could be a great way to gather more input and suggestions!

Hi Fin,
I think that is a great idea! I was considering printing out a paper form that reflected the same questions as online. We offer paper surveys as an alternative for programming like Lunch at the Library or Stay & Play, and we often see more of a response from the analog vs. the online forms.
